Secondary criteria, is any candidate where ‘YES’ is the answer any of these questions:
Will this cultivar clone easily, enabling the swift population of other R&D gardens, or community gardens, or urban guerilla gardens?
Does this cultivar have any historical/cultural significance?
Can this cultivar produce edible food from a seed or cutting in two years or less?
Can this cultivar cope with neglect or inconsistent maintenance?
Does this cultivar show invasive qualities?
Can production of this cultivar be subsidized by grants or outside investors?
Does this cultivar have a wide variety of compatible species that it can hybridize with or be grafted to?
Will this cultivar grow well in regions where other Anonymous enterprises are operating?
